The Specialty Hospital is a general purpose hospital. It is the largest of the four hospitals of the CHU souss massa in terms of surface area, litter capacity and even in terms of the diversity of the specialties it houses, both medical and surgical.

The hospital has 20 hospital departments, including 11 surgical and 9 medical, including a cardiology center of excellence. In addition to the emergency department equipped with intensive care, operating theater and radiology, it also has four resuscitation units and a central operating theater, external specialized consultation, physical medicine, occupational medicine, pharmacology-pharmacovigilance department, central radiology, functional explorations.
